I have been working in special education for the past 17 years, holding different roles at Patcham House School.

I worked with the LA to set up the Connected Hub, a year 11 PRU provision for pupils at risk of becoming NEET. I am passionate about SEND education and hold high aspirations for all SEND learners. I am privileged to work with such a skilled team, dedicated to improving the outcomes for learners.

I have a keen interest in curriculum innovation and ensuring pupils receive a personalised learning experienece in order to fulfill their potential.

I work closely with the other Heads of School to ensure we are delivering high quality education to our pupil cohort. I am also part of many networks with other head teachers across the city and am a rep on the Emotional Health and Well Being Board, and the Adoption Reform Strategy Group and the Schools Forum.
